Underwriting Assistant

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for intermediaries, fostering strong, professional relationships and ensuring effectivemunication.
• Manage and process new motor insurance quotations, ensuring accuracy and adherence to underwriting guidelines.
• Handle underwriting referrals, assessing risks and coordinating with underwriters to facilitate decision-making.
• Ensure that all motor insurance placements arepleted accurately and inpliance withpany standards.
• Drive the motor renewal process, ensuring timely and smooth renewals and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Address all motor-related inquiries from intermediaries promptly and effectively, providingprehensive support and solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and efficiency in motor underwriting processes.
