Senior Account Executive

Job description

Oversee project accounting for various event projects, including budget tracking, cost allocation, and profit margin analysis.

Manage the company’s cash flow, ensuring healthy liquidity and timely payments.

Prepare and maintain the company’s P&L statements, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project financials.

Handle daily accounting operations, including bookkeeping, AP / AR, and bank reconciliations.

Review and process claims, invoices, and staff reimbursements in compliance with internal policies.

Prepare and present monthly and bi-monthly financial reports to management.

Collaborate with project managers and department heads to monitor financial performance and cost control.

Provide tax-related advice and ensure compliance with Malaysian tax regulations (SST, withholding tax, etc.).

Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and external stakeholders on financial matters.
