Job descriptionCandidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Degree, Advanced Degree in Accounting Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills. Good problem solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situations or conditions. Demonstrated leadership skills in driving teamwork excellence, conflict resolution. Have strong knowledge of applicable system automation, business solution softwares. Training and allowance provided
Job Responsibility
- Assist with filing, data entry, recording and maintaining accurate and complete financial records.
- Prepare financial reports, such as balance sheets and income statements, invoices, and other documents.
- Assist accounting and tax seniors in preparing documents for auditor and finalising tax returns.
- Communicate with clients to gather more information.
- Posting transactions in accounting software and maintaining accounting records based on information provided by the client.
- Assist with daily administrative tasks including processing incoming issuance of invoices and executing other ad-hoc requests.
