Coordinate with the Head of Production to monitor stock levels, forecast needs, and schedule production runs to align with customer delivery dates.
Coordinate with the Packing Department to verify stock accuracy, arrange for stock transfers, and ensure all items are keyed into the inventory management system promptly.
Prepare and issue customer invoices, ensuring accuracy in billing and compliance with company policies.
Generate detailed packing lists for the Packing Department, specifying items to be packed and shipped to meet order requirements.
Communicate proactively with customers regarding their needs, order status, and current stock availability to manage expectations and resolve issues.
Liaise with shipping and logistics partners to schedule pickups, provide shipment locations, and ensure timely deliveries.
