Job description

ABOUT THE ROLE :

You will be assigned to the Project Management Department to assist with assigned projects, and to provide support and administrative assistance to the team.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO DO :

Assist in the overall coordination of assigned project-related matters and provide periodic reports to supervisors.

Assist in monitoring the performance of consultants and contractors, including the evaluation and verification of contractual work and related certificates.

Assist in reviewing Letters of Award to safeguard the company's interests and benefits.

Ensure that all procedures are carried out in compliance with the company's ISO policy.

Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time.

DESIRED QUALIFICATION, SKILLS & EXPERIENCES :

Pursuing a Degree in Civil Engineering or other related fields.

Good interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Willingness to learn and adapt.

Willing to be based in Section 26, Shah Alam.
