About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Telemarketer and Sales Assistant to join the team at The Level 3 Smart Solution Sdn Bhd, a leading company in the Sales industry. This full-time and part time role is based in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor.
What you'll be doing
- Handle incoming customer leads & make follow-up calls.
- Introduce business product and services.
- Attend team briefings & training sessions to sharpen your skills (One a week, only 1 hour).
- Consistently meet conversion targets.
- Conducting market research to identify new sales opportunities.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
What we're looking for
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.Strong organizational and time management skills.Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite, including Excel and Word.Good negotiation and persuasion skills.Able to communicate with all levels.Able to work independently with minimum supervision.Well-organized.Self-motivated, positive and people oriented.A competitive spirit with a winning mindset.Fresh graduates and those with sales / telemarketing experience welcome.Good communication in Bahasa and English.Benefits :
