Overview

The company is involved in nature-based solution carbon projects in Lao PDR. We seek a committed individual who is passionate about spearheading project activities in preserving the forests especially for climate change mitigation.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and devise plans to achieve objectives of project activities.
  • Plan, coordinate, direct and report on operational activities for the company projects.
  • Deliver objectives / KPI as outlined by the company.
  • Review, understand and analyse deviations from plan and / or problems that deter project progress.
  • Timely and accurate compilation and submission of company project reports.
  • Timely and accurately report deviations and incidences of company projects to Management.
  • Cultivate result-oriented and proactive approach to given tasks.
  • Lead the project management and work with operational teams to achieve timelines.
  • Safeguard and ensure enforcement of operational SOPs.

Prerequisites

  • Any technical or science Degree or relevant.
  • Minimum 5 years of work experience in relevant industry with project management exposure.
  • Detailed, specific and hands-on approach with good analytical skills.
  • High commitment on execution, aggressive, dynamics and result-oriented.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Ability to work with team mates from diverse backgrounds.
  • Required to travel to company project sites regularly for monitoring roles.
  • Passionate and committed to understanding and involving in high-quality nature-based solution carbon projects.
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office software.
  • Fluent in writing and verbal English; knowledge of Thai / Lao language is an advantage.
