Requirements

Join our team at ITL Security Solution (M) Sdn Bhd as a Technician (Services) in Puchong, Selangor. We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to support our technical team in providing top-notch services to our clients.

Diploma related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support
Possess knowledge in ELV.
Possess knowledge in Wiring.
Willing to learn attitude.

Responsibilities

Respond to all customer's call and ensure that customer site is in working condition

Ability to demonstrate and technically oriented with good analytical skills.

Mature and able to work with minimum supervision. Able to handle customer's complaints.
