About the job Software System Support Engineer
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Software System Support Engineer to join our client's team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers experiencing system issues, providing prompt and effective solutions. This is a remote position based in Malaysia.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle incoming calls and requests from customers regarding system issues.
- Provide prompt and effective solutions to customer queries.
- Document and track customer interactions and resolutions.
- Collaborate with technical teams for complex issues.
- Assist in the development of support materials and FAQs for users
