IT Programmer

This job is an IT Programmer. You'll communicate with customers, resolve complaints, write code, and manage software. You might like this job because it involves problem-solving and working with technology.

• Communicating with customers through various channels
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
• Preparing relevant documentation such as user guides, IT requests, and quotations
• Writing, modifying, and testing code and scripts on the CMS system
• Maintaining and managing all software in the office, including CMS, HR, and Education systems
• Taking responsibility for the accuracy of data input into the system and analyzing the data
