Job Brief

We are seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to support the various HR functions within Talent team and not limited to compensation & benefits, talent acquisition, employee relations, learning & development and etc.

Key Responsibilities

Support in HR operations from pre-onboarding to off-boarding.
Support in performance reviews and development programs.
Managing compensation and benefits of employees not limited to payroll, leave management, employee benefits and etc.
Support in regulatory reports and any other compliance reports.
Support employee relations activities and address employee concerns
Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Prepare monthly / quarterly report and provide valuable insights in analysis.

Job Requirements

Candidate should possess a Diploma / Advanced Diploma, Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Human Resource Management, other any other Business Field.

Preferably at least 5 years of related working experience.

Good communication in both spoken and written English.

Strong analytical data skills.
