What You'll Be Doing

• Own Your Client :

Manage end-to-end recruitment delivery for a high-profile MSP client in the Oil & Gas EPC space. You'll work onsite or closely aligned with client stakeholders, acting as their trusted talent partner.

Lead full-cycle recruitment across engineering, project services, construction, and commissioning functions. Source, engage, and place top-tier technical professionals across Southeast Asia.

Liaise directly with hiring managers, HR, and procurement teams to understand talent requirements, define recruitment strategies, and ensure successful delivery.

Use your knowledge of Oil & Gas market trends and technical disciplines to guide client decisions, provide insights, and influence workforce planning.

Work with an established client and a consistent volume of roles, while also identifying new business or service improvement opportunities within the account.

What You'll Bring

– preferably agency-side with a focus on technical roles in Oil & Gas or EPC projects

– Fluency in

English

Mandarin Chinese

proficiency is highly advantageous

– Solid understanding of upstream / downstream operations, engineering workflows, and contractor models

– Proven ability to manage and influence both client and candidate relationships at a senior level

– Capable of managing multiple vacancies and priorities in a fast-paced delivery environment

– Positive, collaborative, and ready to contribute to shared goals
