Job descriptionMasters in Biotechnology, Biology, Molecular Biology or related studies. (preferred) Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Research, experience in applications support is an advantage. Knowledge of Life Science and / or Molecular Diagnostics markets with strong technical skills. Able to work independently and a good team player. Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities
- Responsible to provide application support to the sales team in different customer segments to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Work with the local sales team to expand existing business, identify and develop new business and opportunities.
- Provide product presentations, demos and technical training to customers.
- Drive and support strategic partnership and collaborations through workshops, seminars and exhibitions.
- Conduct market intelligence and understand customer’s research areas for product and solution positioning.
- Provide technical training to the sales team to increase knowledge and effectiveness.
