Overview
We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support professional to join our team. This role provides sales administrative support to the Sales team, ensuring seamless sales operations and strategic support to both sales and marketing functions, ensuring seamless execution of campaigns, promotions, and sales activities.
Responsibilities
Sales Administration and Support :
- Prepare sales-related documents, such as sales quotations for customers, tender documents, proposals, contracts, etc.
 - Assist in tracking sales activities and progress against targets.
 - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of client requests and orders.
 - To maintain, follow-up and updating Service Planner / Calendar / Summary / Job status.
 - To coordinate and oversee Service schedule for installation, service and repair.
 
Customer Relationship and Lead Management :
Develop and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing customers.Provide timely and professional responses to customer queries via email, phone or other communication channels.Maintain accurate records of interactions and customer records / database.Team Collaboration :
Support the Sales team with administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, marketing campaign and arranging follow-ups.Contribute to the preparation of sales related reports, etc.Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goalsCoordinate the distribution of marketing materials across various channels.Assist in marketing preparation for company Exhibition or seminarsGeneral Duties :
Ensure the accurate and timely entry of sales data.Perform all other job related duties as assigned by the Sales team and ManagementRequirements
Candidate must possess at least a professional certificate, Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma in related to Science / Material Science discipline.Proven experience in sales support, or a related role is an advantage. Fresh Graduate are encourage to apply.
