Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct daily sensory for all semi-product (sauce, filling, rice, vegetable)
- Conduct daily pH, Brix and Salt testing
- Conduct daily Viscosity testing
- Conduct daily microbiological testing
- Conduct daily physical testing
- Willing to work in night shift
- Ad- hoc task assigned by Superior
