Job description

To plan and replenish raw and sub materials in line with customers’ orders and specifications.

To issue Purchase Requisition to Purchasing Department upon insufficient stocks.

To issue Job Sheet / Work Order and Material Requisition to Production Department.

To prepare layout imposition for Pre-press upon customers files received.

To create and furnish orders information to Production Department for multiple versions or complicated jobs

To periodically check and replenish stocks for frequently used items on time.

To prepare outsourced work orders upon approval by the respective authority.

To prepare and purchase other materials related to the orders according to requirements.

To undertake any other tasks or project as assigned by superior from time to time.

Requirements :

Minimum of a post STPM or Diploma in any discipline
Must be credit in Mathematics in order to perform calculations with no errors.
Min 1 year experiences in manufacturing environment.
Strong computer skills and knowledge of MS Office.
Good command of the English Language and some BM essential.
Pleasant disposition and dynamic personality with good attitude
