Requirements for this role :

• Looking for candidates available to work :

Mon afternoon

Project management :

Oversee and delegate daily construction tasks to workers.

Coordinate and schedule work activities for subcontractors, workers, and suppliers.

Monitor project progress to ensure timely completion.

Collaborate with project managers to update schedules and address delays.

Safety and quality control :

Ensure all site activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Enforce safety protocols and identify and address safety issues.

Monitor the quality of work and ensure it meets project specifications.

Team and resource management :

Supervise and guide construction workers, including assigning tasks and training.

Monitor worker attendance and productivity.

Manage and control site costs, including monitoring materials and equipment.

Communication and administration :

Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and authorities.

Maintain accurate records, such as daily reports, progress photos, and material deliveries.

Interpret building plans and specifications to ensure compliance with codes and regulations.
