Job description

Job Description :

  • Set up, operate, and monitor aluminium die casting machines
  • Inspect castings for surface and dimensional quality; identify and handle defects such as porosity, cold shuts, or burrs
  • Perform basic rework or sorting of defective parts as needed
  • Conduct daily maintenance and cleaning of molds, injection units, cooling systems, and the workstation
  • Maintain 5S standards and ensure a clean and organized production environment
  • Follow all safety procedures including the use of PPE and lockout / tagout protocols
  • Participate in safety and operational training sessions; actively share safety reminders with team members
  • Accurately complete production and quality records, including defect rates, machine downtime, and report anomalies to supervisors or technicians

Requirement :

  • Age between 25 to 40.
  • Candidates with aluminium die casting work experience will be prioritised.
  • Chinese language skills are required as this role has to report to Chinese management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on production environment.
