Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging training sessions on automotive marketing, branding, and product storytelling.
- Guide staff and dealers on customer engagement, positioning, and campaign rollouts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure training content supports promotions and campaigns.
- Develop and present product launch kits, marketing playbooks, and training materials.
- Conduct workshops on digital marketing, consumer trends, and competitor analysis.
- Support new marketing initiatives by ensuring team readiness and knowledge alignment.
- Track and evaluate training effectiveness using feedback and performance metrics.
Qualifications
Degree / Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.2–4 years of experience in automotive marketing or relevant training roles.Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.Strong presentation, facilitation, and public speaking skills.Solid knowledge of brand communication, campaign execution, and product messaging.Confident in visual storytelling and engaging diverse audiences.Must possess a valid TTT (Train the Trainer) certification by HRD Corp.Benefits
