Job description
Job Descriptions :
Keep accurate financial records for the distribution center (DC), including bills, expenses, and cost tracking, accruals creation
Validate all DC income related ancillary income and compile for billing and communication to vendors
Maintain accurate financial records for related Supply Chain & Logistics Operations, including billings, expenses and accruals to ensure effective cost control.
Prepare and review monthly expense forecasts, billing statements for SEM, and reconciliations.
Handle bookkeeping for DC-related transactions, including invoices, payments, and petty cash management.
Monitor and validate DC operational expenses such as transportation & warehouse costs.
Prepare income summary for scrap collection at DC (SEM)
Track, manage, and reconcile fixed assets within the distribution center.
Work with operations, procurement, and supply chain teams to share useful financial information such comparison, opex & capex information.
Assist management with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for DC operations.
Support internal and external audits by providing required financial documentation (if needed).
Support payroll processing where required compilation and validation is required.
Monitor, track and report local staff overtime costs and attendance
Organise or manage and department related employee engagement events
Owner of all controlled documents e.g. DC contracts etc
Job Requirements :
Minimum 2 years experience in similar capacity or Finance background
