English Teacher Job Responsibilities

Looking for English Teacher for Lower-Primary (Y2-Y3) & Upper-Secondary (Y10-Y11);

Designing and delivering engaging English lessons that cater to the diverse needs of our students;

Developing and implementing effective teaching strategies to improve students' language proficiency;

Assessing student progress and providing timely feedback to support their academic growth;

Collaborating with colleagues to ensure a consistent and cohesive approach to English education;

Participating in professional development activities to stay up-to-date with the latest teaching methodologies;

Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to student performance and attendance.

English Teacher Job Requirements

Minimum Degree in First Language English / TESL / Teaching / Education; candidates with degree in equivalent professional qualifications are encouraged. Preferably with IGCSE English as a Second Language Oral Endorsement certificate (Cambridge International Examination Board).

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in teaching profession, with a broad and thorough knowledge in the appointed teaching subject. Teaching experience in international school or in Cambridge IGCSE curriculum or equivalent will be prioritised.

Strong commitment and passion for education incorporating IGCSE and Singapore syllabus.

Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.
