What you do

  • Manage a portfolio of customers and prospects, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell financial products and services
  • Conduct outbound sales calls to engage with customers, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and support to drive customer loyalty and retention
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, while adhering to regulatory requirements and bank policies
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience

Who you are

  • A degree or diploma in a relevant field, with at least 2 years of sales experience in the financial services industry
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with minimal supervision
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
