As part of the Global Shared Service Centre (SSC) of Wilmar, we are looking for dynamic, customer service and quality minded team player to join our SSC continuous expansion in 2025. The position provides an opportunity to widely increase your knowledge and expertise working for a well-known, fast growing SSC of a Fortune 500 company.
Responsibilities
- Working on customer, vendor or material creation, change, closure, deletion process
- Assess customer credit risk and proposed limit to management
- Liaise with customer on on-boarding process
- Working on bank changes, credit card validation process
- Perform verification on bank details changes for vendor and customer
- Assist on material code creation, change, deletion which determine the product code and hierarchy
- Annual review for inactive MDM and data consistency
- Generate reports, and proposed recommendation to site
Requirements
