We are an integrated production agency specialising in assets at scale. You will manage the successful delivery of digital, print and retail advertising assets for the biggest brands in the world.
Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Execution : Develop and manage detailed project timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Ensure projects adhere to scope, budget, and deadlines, while maintaining creative integrity. Translate client briefs into actionable workflows for creative and production teams. You will be managing fast-moving design and animation projects on an international scale. Familiarity with Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems and taxonomy, file naming conventions and excellent at it.
- Client & Stakeholder Management : Serve as the key point of contact for direct clients, fostering strong relationships. Align internal and external stakeholders on project goals, deliverables, and timelines. Manage client expectations, providing clear communication on project progress.
- Resource Coordination : Collaborate with internal teams (creative, design, production) to allocate resources effectively. Track team bandwidth and ensure proper staffing across all projects. Identify potential bottlenecks and proactively resolve resource challenges.
- Quality Control & Delivery : Ensure the delivery of pixel-perfect, brand-consistent creative assets across all platforms. Comfortable reviewing copy and noting mistakes or correcting them based on client brief or feedback. Implement rigorous quality checks at every stage of production. Oversee asset management and ensure files are properly organised and delivered.
- Process Optimisation : Continuously improve workflows to enhance efficiency and scalability. Implement best practices in project management, tracking, and reporting. Identify and implement automation opportunities where applicable.
About You
The Essentials :
At least 2-5 years of working experience in project management in digital advertising or production. You handle stress well and communicate effectively with clients and coworkers.Experience with high-volume, multi-channel creative outputs (rich media, programmatic campaigns, dynamic ad creatives).Understanding of the anatomy of display ads and ability to read spec sheets.Strong understanding of creative processes, asset delivery standards, and production workflows.Proficient communicator (in English) with the ability to provide clear updates and describe issues and required actions to Monks in other offices.Solid scoping skills for realistic timings and resource estimates.Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday, Jira, Salesforce) and willing to learn other PM tools.Detail-oriented while able to work with speed; passion for efficiencies and effectiveness.Familiarity with post-production of film, image, and animation assets for social media.Not a Must, But a Plus
Proficiency in additional Southeast Asian languages (e.g., Mandarin, Bahasa, Thai) is an advantage.Strong analytical skills to track team and asset delivery performance to drive process efficiencies.Proficiency in printing and Out-of-Home (DOOH / OOH) experience is a plus.About Monks
