Responsibilities
- To prepare and develop marketing plan for the designated products, agencies and principals in line with the Company’s as well as the Principals’ objectives
- To constantly develop and recommend appropriate sales, advertising and promotional activities for designated product lines, agencies or Principals.
- To identify appropriate channels of distribution for each and every product line and draw up penetration strategies to gain support
- To gather market intelligence and conduct regular market visits
- To track and analyze brand performance and brand health through in-market sales. Recommend corrective actions to address areas of concerns
- To constantly survey the market and analyze competitors’ activities and new entrants
- To maintain good public relationship with Principals as well as ensuring excellent customers relationship and rapport in order to achieve and maintain the Company’s image
Qualifications / Experience Requirement
Diploma / Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or equivalentAt least 3 - 5 years of management working experiences in FMCG industryRequired languages : English, Bahasa MalaysiaGood interpersonal skill, analytical and communication skillsComputer literate with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Power Point, etcPossess strong marketing knowledge and presentation skillsSeniority level
