Job Overview

We are looking for a Technician (IT, Network & Security) to join our team. The role involves helping customers with computer, laptop, printer, networking, and security system issues. The position level (Junior or Senior Technician) will depend on skills and experience.

• Assist customers in troubleshooting and repairing PC, laptop, and printer problems.
• Perform basic software installation, formatting, and upgrades.
