Job Description :
- Identify and evaluate market & latest trends.
- Regularly review, analyze and relevant stakeholders updated on the performances of the assigned program / marketing campaign.
- Support Marketing Manager to conceptualize and manage the development and execution of relevant internal and external communication / content (inclusive of in-store POSMs, social media, digital platforms)
- Oversee and manage all contests, giveaways, promotion and events.
- Manage event, logistics and administration tasks.
- Support Marketing Manager to ensure regular monitoring and reporting of the allocated budget. Analyze efficiency and cost effectiveness of assigned program / campaign, to achieve maximum return on investment. Job Requirements :
- At least 2 years of working experience in advertising / retail / F&B industry.
- Adaptability and independently.
- Team player.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise to ensure speed to market.
- Ability to coordinate inputs from multiple stakeholder into a clear and concised plan for the assigned program / campaign
- Good networking ability
- Creative and has commercial awareness.
- Have kinowledge in digital / online marketing methods and printing.
