Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Sales roles across the APAC region, including sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer management. Work closely with Sales Managers to understand hiring needs and support their team growth plans. Build and maintain a candidate pool to support current and future hiring needs within the company. Support recruitment for other departments and regions globally when needed, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
