Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Certificate / Diploma or higher qualification
- Having customer service experience is an advantage
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Proficiency in English & Mandarin
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software
