Join to apply for the IT HELPDESK OFFICER role at Bison Consolidated Berhad .

Location : All Area Selangor; HQ – Kota Damansara (Office).

Duties & Responsibilities

Knowledgeable and experience in networking, applications and troubleshooting networks.
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks; replacing parts as required.
Testing and evaluating new technology.
Installation of Security Product / CCTV and POS system.
On-call after office hours in case of systems breakdowns to provide online or site support.

Job Requirements

At least Diploma qualifications in computer studies.

Must possess own transport and willing to travel.

Team player, detailed and good in problem solving.

Positive, confident attitude and willing to accept challenges.
