Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Junior Sales & Admin Associate at our Shah Alam location. The role involves managing day‑to‑day sales activities, engaging with customers, and providing excellent customer service. It also includes supporting administrative tasks, coordinating with internal teams, assisting in sales management processes, and facilitating training where necessary.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Sales and Sales Management
• Ability to facilitate Training and guide customers or team members
• Detail‑oriented and capable of managing administrative tasks effectively
• Proficiency in using office software and CRM tools is advantageous
• Flexibility to adapt to a fast‑paced work environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
