Qualifications & experience

Tertiary Education with relevant qualifications and experience in food manufacturing industry.

Able to speak and write English, Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin (Added Advantage)

Preferably has experience in HACCP, GMP & HALAL practice.

Task & responsibilities

Responsible to monitor the incoming material, work-in-progress and finished products to ensure they meet the customer specifications.

To collect and record quality data in the QA report.

Monitoring and check the accuracy and precision of the packing process.

Conducting incoming products / materials and outgoing finished products inspection.

Preparing products specifications as required by customer.

Direct and coordinates investigation of complaints concerning defective products.

Recommends response to complaints, considering test reports, production records, legal standards, and complaint validity.

Liaising with customer’s auditor and ensuring the execution of corrective action and comply with customer specification.

Maintaining the quality and food safety practice in compliance to the Food Safety requirements like HACCP, GMP, MESTI and HALAL.
