Lab Assistant (Bulk Loading / Lab)

Overview

This role plays a key part in maintaining the quality, safety, and consistency of flour operations. The position ensures that bulk flour loading, product testing, and inspection processes are carried out efficiently and in compliance with company and food regulatory standards. The role also supports quality assurance measures to safeguard product integrity and customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct bulk flour loading and inspect cleanliness of tankers and trucks prior to loading.
• Ensure proper adherence to bulk loading procedures at all times.
• Assist in testing flour and wheat as per production requirements.
• Support batching flour testing to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized work environment in line with safety and hygiene standards.
• Ensure testing procedures are followed, with accurate and timely updates of quality and inspection records.
• Promptly report any abnormalities or out-of-specification findings to the supervisor.
• Enforce and comply with all security, safety, and health regulations at all times.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the immediate superior in an efficient and timely manner.
