Senior Executive - Payments, Partnerships, Fintech Ecosystems (Merchant Acquisition)

Job Responsibilities :

Recruit new merchant, specifically key accounts.

Work closely with stakeholders across departments to drive business opportunity.

Identify and develop new business opportunities with respect to merchant acquiring services.

Perform evaluation, financial analysis, and recommendation on merchant business or projects.

Conduct sales and service support for existing merchants.

Handle merchant inquiries and resolve problems and request (e.g. payment, terminals, Merchant Discount Rate & etc.).

Encourage merchant to drive terminal activity.

Participate in strong teamwork and working relationship with colleagues at all times.

To comply with all relevant guidelines and statutory requirement.

Job Requirements :

A recognized Diploma / Degree / Master in any business related studies

Candidates with experience in merchant acquiring business will have an added advantage

Experience in industrial sales & business development (1-3 years)

Have good communication, presentation skills and interpersonal skills

Passionate, self-disciplined, energetic and able to work under pressure
