Job descriptionCandidate should possess a Bachelor Degree, Professional Certificates or equivalent in Accountancy / Finance. Preferably Associate specializing in Accounting / Auditing or equivalent. Strong financial modeling and analytical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word. Good communication skills in English language for both spoken and written. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Preferably at least 2 year of related working experience.
Job Description :
- Conduct buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence and valuation engagements.
- Analyze historical financial statements, assess quality of earnings, working capital, net debt, and other financial metrics.
- Identify key deal issues, risks, and opportunities that may impact valuation or deal structure.
- Prepare clear and concise financial due diligence reports and presentations for clients.
- Perform business and asset valuations using various methodologies including DCF, market comparable, precedent transactions, and net asset value.
