Information Technology Manager

Qualifications : -Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. -At least 3 years of experience in IT management or similar role. Technical Skills : -ERP Systems : Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamic NAV, Jetreport, and business process flows. -Reporting and Analytics : Proficient in Power BI Reporting. -Programming and Database : Knowledge of PHP and MS SQL. -IT Infrastructure : Skilled in hardware and network support and troubleshooting. -Experienced in IT budgeting and project management. Soft Skills : -Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities. -Excellent analytical skills and sound judgment. -High sense of urgency with the ability to prioritize and respond swiftly . -Ability to assess complex business need and align them with technology solutions.
