Job Descriptions :
- Greet patients, visitors, and guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide accurate directions and hospital information
- Direct and / or accompany patients to the appropriate departments or clinics
- Assist patients who need help registering or locating services
- Ensure the lobby and waiting areas remain organized and welcoming
- Support hospital procedures, including visitor and safety protocols
