Overview :
We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Indoor Sales Representative to support our B2B sales efforts through cold-calling and lead qualification. This role will focus on generating new business opportunities via outbound calls, building a pipeline, and handing qualified leads to the sales team. Ideal for someone comfortable with phone-based selling and eager to contribute to business growth.
Key Responsibilities :
B2B Cold-Calling & Lead Generation : Make outbound calls to potential business clients; introduce company’s industrial cable & connectivity solutions; qualify leads and generate interest in products or services.
Pipeline Management : Build and maintain a database of prospects, track call outcomes, update CRM with lead status and customer information.
Initial Sales Engagement : Present product features and benefits over the phone; respond to inquiries; answer basic questions; gather requirements and refer leads to sales / technical team as needed.
Follow-up & Appointment Setting : Schedule meetings or demos for qualified leads; coordinate with outbound sales or technical team for follow-up calls or visits.
Achieve Targets : Work toward daily / weekly / monthly KPIs for call volume, conversion rate, and qualified leads generated.
Requirements
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or B2B cold-calling.
Strong communication skills in English & Mandarin — mandatory due to frequent engagement with Mandarin-speaking customers.
Confident in handling cold calls, objections, and high-volume outreach.
Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills, with a professional phone presence.
Familiarity with CRM systems and maintaining structured sales records.
