Job description
JOB SCOPES
Answer & direct phone calls & emails in professional manner.
Performing a variety of administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and record-keeping.
Providing support to the management team & other departments as needed.
Maintaining office supplies & ensuring the organization of the work environment.
Coordinate repair & maintenance of office equipment & facilities.
Handle incoming & outgoing mail & courier services.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Female Only
At least SPM / certificate or equivalents.
Minimum 1-2 years working experience.
Able to work independently with initiative, disciplinary, self-motivated & with minimum supervision.
Proficient in Bahasa Melayu & English, both written & spoken.
Proficient in Microsoft Office & Outlook software.
Salary will be given based on qualifications & experience.
