NATURE AND SCOPE

This position reports to Global PO Processing and VMD Manager. The primary responsibility is process vendor master data creation, modification, deletion in Asia and Middle East, India region according to Vendor Master Standard

Principal Accountabilities

  • Process master data creation, updates, and deletions in ERP systems
  • Validate documentation and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
  • Perform regular audits and data cleansing to maintain high‑quality vendor records
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Procurement, Finance, Compliance) to resolve data issues and ensure alignment.
  • Monitor and manage SLAs and KPIs related to master data processing.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline master data processes.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and data extracts.
  • Test and validate system changes or enhancements related to vendor master data.
  • Maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Perform other related tasks or ad‑hoc duties as assigned by the reporting manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business / administration / finance or any other relevant majors
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in vendor master data, customer master data, P2P, AP or procurement operations, preferably in a shared services or multinational environment.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Preferred with SAP knowledge and skill.
  • Fluently speak & write in English (essential) & Mandarin (supporting China, Taiwan & Hong Kong).
  • Capability in planning and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines
  • Working effectively under pressure and collaborating within a team
