Human Resources Executive | Talent Acquisition

  • Key Responsibilities :

Provide professional and empathetic support to customers via email and live chat.

  • Diagnose technical issues and Escalate complex cases to relevant teams with proper documentation.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of all customer interactions using CRM tools.
  • Assist customers with account management, platform navigation, and troubleshooting.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve performance goals and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Qualifications and Skills :
  • Minimum 1–2 years of customer support experience, preferably in the fintech or crypto industry.

  • Hands‑on knowledge of cryptocurrencies, blockchain, or trading platforms is an added advantage.
  • Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to remain calm and efficient in high‑pressure situations.
  • Fast learner with a technical mindset and adaptability to new tools and platforms.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and a customer‑first approach.
  • Other Requirements :
  • Stable internet connection and a dedicated workspace for remote work.

  • Willingness to work on rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
