Senior Fixed Income Analyst

This position is part of the Chief Investment Office (CIO) team, which actively provides investment advisory services to Preferred and Private Banking clients.

Overview

Responsibilities

Provide viable bond investment ideas supported by thorough credit metrics analysis.
Monitor corporate, industry and country news affecting recommended bonds.
Produce and contribute to daily or other regular internal and external reports.
Evaluate and analyze information from information memorandums, offering circulars, rating reports and financial statements to derive appropriate bond investment recommendations.
Assist with bond portfolio construction, review and rebalancing for Preferred and Private Banking clients as requested by Relationship Managers.
Discuss and share updates with the CIO team on the latest corporate and industry developments.

Qualifications

Over 5 years of relevant work experience in the bond asset class.

Keen interest in economics and capital market developments.

Strong acumen in understanding financial statements and investment markets.

Excellent advisory skills, social intelligence and decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
