We are looking for a Delivery Coordinator Officer to further strengthen our Supply Chain department.

As a Delivery Coordinator Officer, you will play an important role in following up customer orders and availability of ordered products and coordinating transport towards customers, according to established processes, procedures, practices and / or work instructions, in order to ensure products are delivered on time and according to product and quality specifications.

Responsibilities

• Follows up the order book and double-checks availability of ordered products and possible delivery dates with Planners, taking into account priorities set by (Marketing & Sales) & customer
• Coordinate with transporters, forwarders and agents to ensure all deliveries are dispatched timely and efficiently
• Following country-specific, governmental or product-specific requirements, prepares and processes documents, declarations, licenses or certificates for the exporting of goods and provides the necessary documents / declarations / licenses / certificates to carriers
• Answer informative and general questions from Commercial Operations, carriers or other stakeholders concerning specific transports and / or open Delivery Operations issues
• Prepare, arrange and ensure delivery of commercial samples to customers, following standard Delivery Operations processes within the team
• Provide after sales service such as communication with customers
• Provide back-up support for other customer service tasks in terms of documentation and etc
• Maintain documents archive and classification
• Fulfill any other tasks as and when assigned by superior
