Customer Service Management (Thai Speaker)
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative who is fluent in Thai to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to our Thai-speaking customers, helping them resolve issues, answer inquiries, and ensure a positive experience with our products / services.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely, professional, and courteous manner via phone, email, live chat, or social media platforms in Thai.
- Provide product or service information, resolve complaints, and address any customer concerns.
- Assist customers in navigating our website, processing orders, or troubleshooting technical issues.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex or escalated issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and feedback.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty by delivering personalized service.
- Handle and process customer returns, refunds, or exchanges according to company policy.
- Continuously improve product knowledge and stay updated on company offerings.
- Participate in customer service training programs and team meetings.
Requirements
Native or fluent proficiency in Thai (both written and verbal).Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanour.Prior experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred but not required.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service tools is a plus.High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus.Seniority level
