Learning & Development Coordinator

We are looking for an enthusiastic Learning & Development Coordinator to join our Global L&D team in our KL office, supporting employees and leaders across the US, EMEA, and APAC regions. This role combines two key dimensions :

• Acting as a center of expertise for our L&D team on the Learning Management System (Workday Learning) and L&D processes, helping to build documentation (HDIs, SOPs), support training coordinators, and provide guidance to employees.
• Operational coordination of training programmes and reporting, ensuring smooth execution of learning activities, accurate reporting, and consistent coordination

Your work will help create a seamless learning experience for more than 3 thousands of employees worldwide, while giving you the chance to develop expertise in learning systems and global collaboration.
