1) Research & Generate Leads a) Conduct research and analysis on qualified leads and clients in order to identify business opportunitiesb) Generate leads through cold-calling, management of website-generated leads and setting appointments with strategic decision makersc) Assist in the market positioning of the company’s area of services based on intensive market and competitor research

3) Account Management a) Build, maintain and nurture client relationships throughout the business development process with a purpose to grow more business with those clients.b) Collaborate with the company's project delivery team to maintain client satisfaction throughout the project delivery process.c) Track and update everyday business development activities into company’s internal systems
