Requirements

Comfortable speaking in front of the camera for Live Streaming
Positive attitude, responsible, and willing to learn
Physically fit and capable of handling physically demanding tasks, including outdoor work and lifting moderately heavy items (e.g. soil bags, pots, plants)
Able to create short videos or social media stories using a smartphone
Friendly and polite with effective interpersonal skills when dealing with walk-in customers
Strong teamwork, good working attitude, and dependable character
Enjoys working in a nursery environment, both indoor and outdoor settings
Basic plant knowledge is an advantage, but on-site training will be provided
Candidates with experience in agriculture, sales, or content creation will have an added advantage
Willing to assist with basic retail tasks such as product arrangement, cleaning, and cashier duty when required
Able to work from Saturday to Thursday

Responsibilities

Host Live sessions daily to promote products and engage with customers

Prepare product selections and live setup

Record and upload short video clips or stories for social media

Greet and assist walk-in customers with product recommendations

Help with daily retail operations such as arranging stock, top-ups, or handling basic cashier tasks

Represent the brand professionally both online and offline

Work closely with the store supervisor and team
