The Senior Business Development Specialist is responsible for supporting business growth by identifying new opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and assisting in the execution of business development strategies. This role involves researching potential clients, preparing proposals, and working closely with the Business Development Manager (BDM) or Head of Department (HOD) to meet revenue and growth objectives.
Job Responsibilities
Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive insights.
Proactively reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, and networking.
Maintain regular communication with existing clients to ensure satisfaction.
Assist in drafting quotes, proposals, and contract documents.
Work with Tech, Ops, and Support teams to fulfill client requirements.
Track and report on business development activities, lead conversions, and sales progress.
