WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Fully responsible to coordinate and resolve technical issues arise on site with customer or dealer.
• Carry out Service, maintenance, diagnosis, parts installation, testing and commissioning of the laundry equipment at customer site or dealer site.
• Documentation - service activities accurately and maintain records of repairs and maintenance.
• Provide accurate information to Back end office to complete the commercial offering to customer in timely manner.
• Technical support – Provide technical support and solution for equipment’s issue effectively, online or offline.
• Technical training – Periodically provide operations and technical training to customer and dealer.
• Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge related to our products and services.
• Establish and maintain good relationships with clients, act as a trusted advisor.
• Traveling to other country to provide support to other colleague / customer when required.
