About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated Construction Supervisor to lead and oversee daily site operations. You will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise workers and subcontractors on-site.
- Monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients.
- Plan and allocate resources, materials, and equipment.
- Resolve site issues and ensure smooth operations.
